Quote Reply I have an odd question but I'd rather ask then feel stupid for not knowing. I have been to divorce court and the whole 9 yards. I am waiting on my divorce decree. My question is since I am waiting for my ex to sign the dissolution and be processed by the courts am I technically still married? And why do I need his signature in the first place? last question is if he avoids signing it what is my recourse?
