My wife & I have been separated since April.  She will not sign the paperwork to make it official.  We agreed on a 50/50 split (Every Two Weeks which we have been doing) the kids are 17 1/2, 16 & 14 years of age.  Do I still owe her child support?  I have been paying her 600.00 a month since she moved out in April.  She makes $ 37,000.00 a year and I make $70,000.00.  I have been told that since we both have the kids 50/50 that I am not obligated to pay child support, is this true?
